Early in her career, Julie was drawn to teambuilding. She worked for a technology firm in Duluth, GA, serving as a software tester and technical liaison between client call centers and the development team. Prior to her career in healthcare administration, Julie spent nine years in the healthcare technology space as the Implementation Coordinator for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) company where she built training programs, conducted live user group conferences, and oversaw implementation projects. She also served as Quality Assurance Coordinator for a medical billing company. In her current role, she is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the practice including finance, human resources, operations, patient engagement, billing, and compliance, to name a few.
